It's amazing. The cameramen clearly realized how dirty she was, because they focused on her away from the ball numerous times.

and yet her own coaches and the refs don't realize?
Her coaches know she's a dirty player, and my guess is that her teammates know it too. Clean players don't do stuff like that. Ever.
