There are a couple of people who don't belong in that Artist of the Decade poll.

Probably not obvious ones (mostly) that you'd expect me to rule out, but a few just don't seem to have done enough (in some cases in this specific decade, in some cases ever) to warrant it.
I like Fall Out Boy, but they aren't that good.
Bruce hasn't done much this decade, has he?
King of Leon aren't new, regardless of their newfound popularity, but I don't think they've done enough to warrant inclusion.
As to the rest...decisions................... I'm having trouble whittling who to vote for.
