I disagree, in that I think a team that finished 20 games out of first, and 17 games out of the playoffs, needs to at least consider making trades to get better. It's MLB, in a few years he'll be playing in NY, L.A., or Boston anyway.

I think they should consider moving him, if they get a great offer. They shouldn't be actively shopping him and then just trade him to the highest bidder if it isn't enough.
