STIS: how can I record and transport a TV show tomorrow night?

I don't have a VCR or DVD recorder. MY tv has a built-in harddisk but there's no way to export the recorded shows.
The channel is on internet TV like www.wilmaa.ch or Zattoo. I don't have a TV card in my PC.
