Any PHP gurus in tha house?

I have this form-to-mail PHP script that we use for web visitors to fill out forms that then send emails to us employees.

Not knowing PHP, I inherited this script when I got this job and know just enough to be able to make new forms that use this script, that I occasionally modify to send to new email addresses.

Now I just want to add a function where the person submitting the form enters their email address and then gets a confirmation email when they hit send. Preferably this confirmation email would contain the info they submitted in the form... if they just got a cc of the email that comes to us, that would be fine.

If you help me figure this out, I will totally paypal you $10.
