I really liked what they had done with McGee since his heroic trip to Africa. It's perfectly reasonable that all of the women in the building would be seeing him in a new light. Last night, he was back to being a total loser who needed self-help tapes to boost his self-esteem.
Having said that, it was a terrific episode and I thought Kelly Hu's final scene was exceptional.
