*If* you are trying to argue that everyone in the US has equal rights and *if* you do not believe that people are born gay and that homosexuality is just aberrant behavior and science has not yet proven otherwise, than it is a compelling argument.
I don't agree with it, but it is fairly airtight under those conditions.
