Seriously, I get real pissed if someone's doing things like that before 11.
I know they want to get their day started and get the work over with but the rest of us would like to sleep in on our days off.
I have a douche that lives across the street from me that likes to use a leaf blower to clean out his garage on Sunday's at like 10 a.m. Besides the noise, which is terrible since it makes a loud squeal, he just blows everything into the street and doesn't pick up a damn thing.
