I don't know if they do now, but Sprint didn't have customer service on weekends.

It wasn't a problem until a woman accused my gf of sending nude pics to her daughter. It was a Sat. and there was no one to speak with until Monday at 9.
Very frustrating.
IIRC, there's not customer service at night either.
