Sometimes turning it off and on will bring it back. If not, you'll have to put it in the mail.

Go to the xbox site and look for a support section. Eventually you'll find a form where you can request a box and/or UPS shipping label. (I just requested a label and made my own box).

Then you put it in the mail to Microsoft and they fix it for FREE! Fairly quickly, too.
