This week at least. They say the quake they're preparing for is a 300-year event. I didn't hear how long it is since the last one :)

Funny thing is they were projecting it on the southern end of the San Andreas. I'm more concerned about the mid-section, north of L.A. That section hasn't moved substantially in years.
