the road that runs East/West thru North Orange County, in front of a physical therapy/convalescent hospital. No officers, no emergency lights on. I guess they're visiting somone and don't want to take up the parking lot. It sure is slowing down traffic and bringing out the gawkers from the neighborhoods, including us. ;-)
