I was reviewing a memo today that was outlining a chairman's right to exclude people from a public shareholder meeting

The mental picture this part invoked made me laugh:

"The chairman may refuse admission to anyone:
 in possession of a placard or banner;
 in possession of an article considered by the chairman to be dangerous, offensive or liable to cause disruption;
 who behaves or threatens to behave in a dangerous, offensive or disruptive way

In particular, the "placard or banner" part cracked me up, because I picture some surly investor with a giant poster on a stick that says "YOU SUCK!!!"
