For now. It does store the flag, if you mark a post as NSFW ... there's just no reason to differentiate a post.

Yet.
I'm sure our innovators (Dignan, groiny, TFox, etc ... (TWuG, do you want to be included in this list with TFox? :) ) ) will find a way to make NSFW IMs.
But then I might just decide to wield a temporary banhammer of some kind. :)
