It's the 4th time I've seen this same thing this season (Hoodie's second already).

There was a story on Yahoo Sports about a month ago about how conventional wisdom is changing and coaches are going for it more on 4th and short due to the high percentage rate. A good example of why occurred earlier in the game when the Colts punted and the return actually cost them 25 more yards than going for it would have.
