doesn't work for me.
If the Colts are 70% more likely to score from inside the 30, than from 70 yards away, that does switch it. His assumption is that an adjustment that an increased in scoring probability is also balanced by an increase in scoring from 70, doesn't work. That assumes a linear adjustment that again doesn't pass the smell test.
