Actually, I'm with you. It was very slow very often and offered very little for children. A few comedic scenes. A few too many violent scenes. And lacked a cohesiveness. Couldn't decide what kind of movie it wanted to be. Sentimental? Drama? Comedy? Action/Adventure? Apparently, all of the above at different times.
