You can chose your seat, but attendance is so poor right now that I've never 'not' been able to get a seat I like.

They have a patron's level of subscription that gives you a seat in a private balcony and other benefits - but that's $1,000 per season :)

I really wish they were drawing better attendance but this theater has closed so many times in the past I don't think many people realize they're back in business.
