Mom is alwasy buying energy efficient stuff where the salesmen say she'll cut her PSE bill 40% (and for some reason its always 40%) so by now PSE...

Estar refer, premium vinyl windows with argon gas, a new central house heater, new water heater and I just put a new layer of spray insulation in the ceiling.
