If you don't want to spendmoney: mint.com is all right.

I've had a smattering of technical difficulties with it, and I wish budgeting was a bit more customizable.

If you are willing to spend money, I always Quicken quite good, for Windows. The Mac Quicken sucks.

Quicken bought mint.com, FWIW.
