it's vegetarian, not vegan we're after; and I found out one person eats salmon.

(hello, that's not vegetarian. ;) -)

I'm not cooking anything for this one, it's being catered (on the relatively-cheap); so I need something that is purchasable and doesn't need to be reheated. Salmon dude said the Boca Burgers are ok, so I think I will just go with that if no one else expresses a preference.
