make sure you adjust the heat of whatever italian hot sausage substitute thingy you choose for how spicey the particular arriabiata sauce is though -

one time she made this it was "UBER" hot - just the two in tandem - and it was still wonderful but had to eat a smaller amount as my mouth caught fire. (well - not REALLY - but you know what I mean)
