I think how this would work is, since the daycare is more expensive than what I'm putting in the FSA...

that I would instantly have spent more on day care than I banked, so as soon as it comes out of my paycheck, I can sumbit to have it returned to me. So it should, effectively, up my pay by like $30-40 a pay period, in excahnge for not getting $200 of my paycheck until the following Monday or Tuesday. I think. In theory.
