My prof just used this expression in our class. It has been a couple years since I've heard it.

She said: "When you are in a meeting, it's a bad habit to correct someone in front of everyone else -- put 'em on blast. It can be embarrasing for them. Wait and tell them afterward."

It's black lingo.
