ST IT a friend has a disk of old Corel images in .DZI format which she can't read

I tried to open some old Corel software (zillions of photos on CD) and
while the program installed correctly my system says it can't open them
because they're ".DZI" files, and that this means I have a registry error.
Online queries have yielded a site called "DriverCure" but I'm not sure it's
safe.

Can anyone advise me?
