Hello Charlotte,

I'm hoping you can help me. I keep getting a lot of email lately that is clearly meant for someone else (such as yours.) Someone obviously is mistakenly giving out my address, which is probably very close to theirs to various people and websites. If you could contact the person you meant to send this to and let them know this. I'm sure they'd rather not have a stranger (me) getting their mail.
