I read a story yesterday (NY Times) that pretty much absolves Henry. What would you have done?

The ball smacks your hand. You instinctively drop it to your foot and pass it to another player. What's he supposed to do? Say "Oh, no. That doesn't count, ref. Let's call back that goal."? It's the ref who's a failure.
