Jon should be the second one to go. He can still probably count on Jon's support for the next tribal, so I'd lop off one of the other Galu dudes first, and then I'd take down Jon. Taking down Jon immediately virtually guarantees he never gets another old Galu vote the rest of the way. Which he probably doesn't need, but why risk it?
