aside from the cost of the book and postage, what would you charge for the time and travel it took you to go to the store and then post office?

assume you can do this on your own schedule within seven days of the request, and there's typical traffic and shopping lines (not holiday level). assume the book is being held at the desk so you don't have to search for it, and it's not unwieldy.

also assume you're not doing this as a one-time favor or for barter, this is cash for service.
