re Russell - I agree that he wouldn't be able to fulfil his part of the bargarin. But it would surprise me if he said "Let's vote out John next" and the other Foa Foa said (for example) "Nope, sorry. It's Dave tonight" (Though TFox raises a good point about why it should not be John next)
re Shambo switching - I agree she's unlikely to switch, but my point is that John has to have some other plan. He knows that the likely outcome of his vote is that Foa Foa will now vote out Galu one by one and that's not going to change unless someone switches, whether it's Shambo or whoever (Personally, I would have taken the rock)
re Shambo "who's Erik" - I can see that.
