receivers/te's would be a problem because you'd want to take points away for catching passes but somehow give points for them playing and doing nothing. You could give points for drops, but there aren't many official drops.

kickers and defenses would be easy to negative score.

There's be so much turnover trying to keep the current sucks that play on your team...it'd be hilarious.
