Here's the deal: I know I'm going to have call the work helpdesk. They won't be able to fix it via the phone, so they'll send me to deskside support. I'm in transit right now to my parent's house in Fort Myers (currently sitting in the Miami airport). The closest deskside support to my parent's house is (I think) Tampa...a two hour drive. Which I'll have to make, because I fly to India on Friday.
