I would consider not listing the temp agency as the employer. The hiring company shouldn't care who paid you, but what work you did.

Perhaps list the company you were placed with as the "employer", with a mention of the temp status in the sub-bullets.

And to your second point, you always want to list specific achievements if you can. That sounds like you are just saying "I think accuracy and timelines are important", which, duh.
