Yup. I made the mistake way back in 2003 abd bought my condo in colorado 0 down - still down the damn thing - its a rental but I learned my lesson :)

Put 10% down in Seattle and bought that house in January 2009 and was able to sell it and walk away with 200 bucks in October.
Bought the place here in Texas but I always try to make sure now to put down enough that it will cover if I suddently have to sell
