he said he agrees that not only do i need to be compensated for the additional service i provide, but i need to get an updated title and more authority.
he also said that as we watch other offices grow, he'll be looking for something for me. agrees that i don't have to be in the atlanta office to do what i do.
very pumped! gonna start working on my new job description come monday.
