at some point, I sort of "got over" watching fictionalized accounts in movies as a kind of entertainment, I think.

I did watch "Band of Brothers" when it first aired, and that was fantastic; but it had a different feel to me; and the inclusion of real soldiers was awesome.

(I also limit other kinds of storytelling dramas now - criminals as heroes, women overcoming obstacles after being incredibly victimized, etc.)
