...That they have brought the Julie Bowan character a little closer to Phil in terms of goofiness. He's gotten a little less goofy and over the top, and she's become somewhat goofy in the last few weeks.

Makes them seem like less of a script writer's "opposite's attract" couple they were being set up to be.
