If someone is to the point of having a discussion about your feelings for each other, it's safe to assume she's not happy in her current relationship

If she thinks enough of you to even start the discussion, and you're interested in her, then do both of y'all a favor and pick up the discussion. In fact, you should ask her for her phone number and do your talking on the phone. I don't know how it will end, but I guarantee you nothing will happen if you keep going the way you're going. It sounds like you're both at the same place (emotional) at the same time (biorythms). It would be a shame to let it die before it had a chance to really come alive. :)
