Had I taken a look at the Walmart flyer ahead of time, I would have seen the toy deals were just as good, if not better, than the Toys R Us deals. I would have just skipped TRU altogether.
Walmart was a good trip - I got a Kodak camera for Will, and he picked up the laptop and then I dove for the PS3. I lucked out there - I was unable to get one after fighting through the crowd, but I got a 360. I handed that off to a woman standing to the side who didn't want to get in the middle of the stampede, and then a guy walked up to me, telling me he had an extra PS3. Yay for good karma!
