I think strangely that not having a moderator makes us as a community less willing to be snarky. On TT, nobody ever cried about persecution and a hate parade and on ST, I was asked to leave because of my negative attitude. I feel like having a governing body to tell us when a line's been crossed makes it so that the line is the same for everyone. In a community that self-polices, you wind up in a situation where popularity is the debuting factor over whether something is ok. We vastly over police here, I feel. ST lacks snark anymore.

And you know what? I love snark. Love love love.

I'm bringing it back.
