I was a showing of a 10 minute segment of Hoop Dreams long before it came out.

The 10 minute segment lasted 25 and James and Frederick Marx kept talking over the footage the whole time. I don't anyone wanted to see it end and afterward we spent another half hour asking questions. Even then we could all see they had something extraodinary.
