The workhorse part is what scares me. His body just doesn't look like it can handle all the work for much longer.

If he gives the Yanks two very good/good years and then starts breaking down is it worth it? I just don't think so.
I'd rather see them go after guys like Greinke(sp?) in a trade.
I do like that Sabathia's only 28, the Yanks need to continue to bring in or develop young players.
It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if the missed the playoffs again, especially if it gets them closer to being perennial title contenders again and not just a mediocre playoff team.
