i know these tests have their limitations, but honestly i think a lot of people just don't like the answers they get, so they try to find fault.

fact i just read: men whose waists are more than 35 inches (measured, not pant size - that can be smaller than your actual waist) have twice the chance of being diabetic. after 37 inches the risk goes up even more.
i'm no fitness guru, but i don't make excuses about the tests either.
(but, like i said, they don't work for everyone, but the people they tend not to work for are the ones who work out all the time.....)
