Swisher isn't a superstar. But worst case, he's still better than what the Yanks gave up to get him.

He's a league avg corner OF, being paid something like 7M a year. In a pinch he can play CF. He's 27 years old.
Even if he's duplicate to what the Yanks have, they can flip him or some other duplicate parts to fill needs. The bottom line on this deal is that the Yanks got way more than they gave up.
Cashman *steals* the guy from the Sox and he gets bashed for it?
