The problem with switching often is that some people might not be able to use the same dr. they always did.

If you switch to a plan that the doc doesn't take then that employee is either going to have to play extra out of pocket or find someone new.
Responses:
Our insurance already dropped the second largest hospital system in our area. Lots of people already lost their doctors.

My biggest concern with a job switching the provider is that the people who are already ill and seeing a specialist may not be able to continue their
