My biggest concern with a job switching the provider is that the people who are already ill and seeing a specialist may not be able to continue their

treatments with that doc. And for those that starting over with a new doc isn't possible will have to pay a lot more to use a doc that's out of their system.
I understand the need for companies to save money right now and with the cost of health care skyrocketing it's an area that most companies think they can shop around and get a better deal with.
I do hope that things work out for you guys. :-)
