here's the two I can think of right now

1) Quantum Singularity, such as the event horizon of a black hole, or a pulsar, or the destruction of vulcan, that sort of thing. The LHC might create one in their experiments.
2) Artificial Intelligence singularity. A truly sentient machine intelligence, possibly capable of replication/evolution.
