Last week's episode literally involved either putting on or conisdering putting breast implants on 2 different guys. Matt, because his prison "husband" wants him to have boobs and guy who had a sex change to become a woman, who had a sex change back to a guy who decided he wanted boobs because he only likes sex with straight guys.
