For me, it started slow. I watched only sporatically until the end, when it suddenly became HUGE SPACE BATTLES.

There should be a show called "HUGE SPACE BATTLES", because that's what I want to see and that's what all sci-fi shows fall back on when they fail (see "Enterprise").
