I haven't seen as much of this one as the others, but I'm not sure I agree. This is intensive treatment for people who are in somewhat of a crisis

situation. They're not functioning in their lives effectively and are seeking some more immediate help. Are some there hoping to get more famous? Maybe. I suspect Kari Ann is there because she was pushed there by a publicist, but most seem to really need the help.
